Mini GT, along with their sister brands TSM-Model and TopSpeed, have a very close relationship with the IMSA championship which includes license agreements to produce models of the amazing cars competing in the new GTP class. GTP cars are eligible to compete in both the World Endurance Championship and all IMSA events which has brought most of the worlds biggest automotive names to the grid and creating a real resurgence of endurance racing all over the world. BMW, Cadillac , Toyota, Audi, Porsche, Peugeot, Ferrari and Acura (Honda) have already hit the IMSA and WEC championships with Lamborghini joining them on the grid next year. After years of just one or two brands on the grid this could really be the start of a golden era for sports car racing.
