Check out our answers to frequently asked questions regarding the prized collections we have in store for you:

  • AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS

    We only supply officially licenced products. Prized Pieces guarantees the authenticity of your hand-signed sports/entertainment collectible. A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with our memorabilia and certifies that your autographed item is 100% authentic.

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on any items that you wish to buy using the ‘add to cart’ link. You can either choose to ‘Continue Shopping’ if you’d like to add more items or click ‘checkout’. This will direct you to a secure, SSL encrypted page where your order may be finalized. You can replace or remove the contents of your shopping cart at any time. Please note that your request is not confirmed until all necessary payment details are entered during checkout.


    We do not deliver to Post office boxes.

  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    If your product has arrived in a faulty condition or is damaged in transit, or the wrong product was sent please email us at info@prizedpieces.com.au or call 0413 112 682 to coordinate a replacement or repair.


    Any product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  In purchasing items please ensure you have all the information you require before purchasing. Like any change of mind cancellations or exchanges of Limited Edition items due to the very nature of Limited Edition products, the purchase from us is final.

  • SHIPPING

    All items are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle Couriers.


    Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


    Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If you have any questions please contact us prior to purchase.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping fees do apply. If you would like a shipping estimate please contact us with your delivery address and item of interest and we will advise the shipping fees.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF THERE ARE NEW ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
